Kraton Yogyakarta Batik Museum was inaugurated by Sri Sultan HB X on October 31, 2005. The museum occupies one of the buildings in the compound Kraton Yogyakarta. In the museum collections are stored various batik cloth batik to equipment from the HB HB VIII to X.
